Alex entered the roofing industry in 2012 with no construction background. On her first build, she joined the installers for the tear-off and began learning the work side by side with the people doing it.
That field-first beginning still shapes how she leads. Alex stays close to the details, communicates directly, and keeps crews, trades, and property owners moving toward the same goal.
